Yorkshire based Springfield Healthcare gains high profile accreditation

Springfield Healthcare are delighted to announce that they have gained the prestigious ‘We Invest in People’ award from Investors In People (IIP).

The coveted accreditation is awarded to people focused organisations that demonstrate that they are committed to supporting and developing employees. IIP awards are seen as the global, gold standard for great people management. The process is in depth, covering procedures, policies, wellbeing support and includes detailed interviews with management and staff alike. IIP also benchmark applicants against companies in over 60 countries.

Taking into account the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to perform at the highest level, only companies who can clearly demonstrate that they are leading and managing their teams effectively and sustainably to deliver business goals will be considered to join the 50,000 companies worldwide who have met the standards.
