Home Manager, Sarah Paskett presents special award at this week’s York Press Community Pride Awards
Springfield’s Chocolate Works Care Village is delighted to be sponsoring this week’s York Press Community Pride Awards, Special Recognition Nursing Award. This award recognises a nursing health care professional who demonstrates an innovative and caring approach to their work and who demonstrate outstanding levels of commitment to patient care.
Home Manager, Sarah Paskett will be presenting the award at York Racecourse on Thursday 14th October. Sarah said “It’s an honour to be invited to present such a special award. As a nurse myself for over 20 years I have been privileged to work with some very special nurses. I am sure that it was difficult to create a shortlist from so many deserving nominees.”
Graeme Lee, Group CEO of care operator Springfield Healthcare, commented “I am delighted that we are sponsoring this award. The communities that we operate in mean a great deal to us as a company and to me, personally. This award is particularly special as my mother who co-founded Springfield, was a nurse. Congratulations to all of those nominated for the incredible work that you.”
Good luck to all finalists for the Special Recognition Nursing Award; Denise Quinn, Theresa Etheridge-Clarke and Jean Dawson.
