Valentines Day celebrations at Chocolate Works Care Village

Residents at Chocolate Works Care Village enjoyed some wonderful Valentines day celebrations with a candle-lit dinner over their evening meal, a red rose and a note to say that we “love having them at The Chocolate Works!”

Our Wellbeing team decorated the home for the residents to enjoy this special day and the Kitchen went all out with the afternoon tea and desserts – our residents were absolutely thrilled!

One wonderful couple celebrated their 68th Wedding Anniversary and with their friends they sang and danced the evening away to our Elvis Presley Livestream concert!

Mandi Grant, daughter of resident at Chocolate Works, said “such a caring and warm care home for my precious mum” and Karen Thompson, daughter of one of our lovely couples, said “well done team Chocolate Works. You are amazing and caring and just where I want my family. Thank you to you all for making Valentine’s and every day special.”
