Carers are at the heart of what we do here at Springfield, and that is why we love to hear their stories and learn about their journeys so far.

Temitope Amusa, a home care worker at the Springfield Healthcare Hull branch, recently shared her thoughts on why she loves working for the company. In her review, Amusa praised the company’s warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the dedication and professionalism of its staff.

Temitope joined our Hull branch earlier this year, and since then has progressed brilliantly within her role as a carer. We are so pleased that she appreciates being a part of Springfield as much as we appreciate having her.

“My experience has been akin to a thrilling roller coaster ride since the moment I became a part of it. The warmth and hospitality I encountered upon joining the Springfield Healthcare Hull branch were truly heartening. From my initial interview with Maria and Kelly, which was both engaging and serene, to the incredible trainer Terry Perkins, who managed to infuse the learning process with immense fun and effortlessness.

A special acknowledgment goes to our esteemed branch manager, Kellie Smith. Her ability to gracefully steer us back on track when things go awry, coupled with her adeptness at offering constructive criticism, is a testament to her exceptional leadership. Kellie is are truly an extraordinary individual.

Christine’s unwavering dedication to ensuring my shifts are seamless has not gone unnoticed. Her efforts are genuinely cherished, and I express my deepest gratitude for all that she doed. And to Carol, I am grateful for the valuable feedback and the lessons I’ve gained from her guidance. Her continuous support propels me to refine and excel in my role.

To the entire back-end team, though my time here has been relatively short, I wholeheartedly consider them all part of my extended Springfield family. Their warm welcome despite our differences is deeply appreciated, and I hold immense gratitude for every one of them.
