Harcourt Gardens opening team come together for pizza and brownies

Our Harcourt Gardens opening team have assembled this week for training and to participate in team building activities. We also tucked in to pizza and brownies with Group CEO, Graeme Lee. Graeme joined us to welcome everyone to the team and to deliver the message that we strive to be the very best care home!

Alice Grant, HR Manager, said “I thought it would be nice to treat the team to brownies and wood-fired Pizza from Cosy P’s during the training, which staff absolutely loved. It was a nice break from training and it gave our new staff a chance to get to know one another!

I genuinely believe we have an amazing team here at Harcourt and will be expanding over the coming months! Our opening team are driven to succeed and we all want to make sure that we offer the best person-centred care and that our residents feel a part of the Springfield family.”
