Chapter House wins prestigious award
This year’s Residential Real Estate Awards were hosted by Yorkshire Children’s Charity on 12th October 2023 at New Dock Hall in Leeds. The awards celebrated the very best of the region’s designers, developers and agents, whilst raising funds to support children living in poverty across Yorkshire.
Springfield Healthcare’s Chapter House was one 3 businesses to have been shortlisted in the Residential Operator Category, ultimately winning this prestigious award on the evening. This award acknowledges a business that has integrated smart design principles to meet the evolving requirements of aging individual, innovation and an outstanding approach to ESG.

This event raised £134,500 which will support children this winter as Yorkshire Children’s Charity deliver their Christmas Campaign through the winter basics bundles and Christmas present programme!
