Chapter House sponsors Beverley Bullet Event

Chapter House are proudly sponsoring the 20^th Beverley Bullet event which Saturday 2nd September 2023. 

We’re offering four tickets to one lucky winner of our prize draw. To enter, simply like our Facebook page and email info@springfieldhealthcare.com telling us what your favourite feature of Chapter House is – it’s as simple as that.

The winner will be selected using an online random generator and announced on 31st July 2023.

• The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• The prize draw is free to enter.
• There is a limit of one entry per person.
• Entries must be made by 23:59 on Wednesday 30 August 2023.
• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by email within 2 days of the closing date.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time.
• The organiser is not responsible for any technical problems that may prevent an entry from being submitted.
• The winner agrees to their name and photograph being used by the organiser for publicity purposes.
• The prize is 4 x tickets, any additional costs such as travel expenses will be payable by the winner.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes that may be due on the prize.
