Alpacas Visit Residents at Mayfield View
What’s better than going to the zoo? Well, Springfield’s Mayfield View decided to bring the zoo to their residents. They welcomed West Yorkshire Alpacas who brought their specialist Alpacas to do a therapeutic visit for residents on 20th May 2022. Residents were delighted to receive a visit from these gentle-natured animals and found stroking their fur very comforting.
Home Manager, Katie, said “Our residents were really fascinated by these animals and loved the opportunity to get up close with them. We’re already excited to start planning our next surprise visit from West Yorkshire Alpacas.”
