Springfield Healthcare Recognized for Excellence in Residential Real Estate
Yorkshire-based care home company, Springfield Healthcare, is proud to announce that its Beverley-based care home, Chapter House, has been honored with the prestigious title of “Best Residential Operator” at the Yorkshire Residential Real Estate Awards 2023. This recognition highlights the commitment and dedication of Springfield Healthcare in providing exceptional care and creating a welcoming environment for its residents.
Chapter House, which opened its doors less than a year ago, offers a range of care services including residential, dementia, respite, and palliative care. The care home stood out to the esteemed panel of judges due to its unique “5* hotel with care” concept and its focus on putting people at the center of everything it does.
The Yorkshire Residential Real Estate Awards were established to celebrate excellence in the local property industry and also support the Yorkshire Children’s Charity, an organization that raises vital funds for disabled and disadvantaged children in the region. The awards ceremony, held at the renowned New Dock Hall in Leeds, emphasized the significant role that Springfield Healthcare plays within the Yorkshire community.
