Respite Live in carer

LIVE IN CARERS REQUIRED ACROSS YORKSHIRE AND NORTH EAST FOR RESPITE AND SHORT TERM PLACEMENTS.

1 Year of Live in Care experience is essential.

Salary – £600 to £800 per week, plus food allowance and travel expenses

If this is you, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to come and join Springfield as a live-in carer. We are looking for carers who enjoy working short placements from 1-3 weeks. This would include respite/short term cover/emergency placements across the region. Due to the nature of these placements we would expect a degree of flexibility in order to ensure full coverage of our care packages.

Your first and foremost priority is your customer, their health and wellbeing. You will assist with tasks such as medication administration, supporting with personal care and dressing, cooking and serving of a healthy balanced diet, food shopping, light domestic housework. You'll also provide social support to access the community and companionship.
