Regional Recruitment Lead

We're now looking to welcome a pro-active, organised individual, to come and join the team in Leeds as a Regional Recruitment Lead
You'll be leading on resource planning, working closely with the Branch Managers to establish their ongoing workforce development plans, and helping to develop creative initiatives and approaches to deliver the staffing numbers required.
Actively building and developing relationships with local partners including job centres, local colleges, universities, employability services and community organisations, along with organising and attending external recruitment events
Completing the full recruitment and onboarding cycle for new care workers for our Leeds and North Yorkshire Branches. This will include the management of the internal Applicant Tracking System, advertising on job boards and social media platforms, interviewing applicants, completing pre-employment and right to work checks, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is compliant with our safe recruiting requirements.
A driving license and access to your own vehicle is required as you'll be attending careers fairs, and local job events to actively promote the sector, and careers in social care.
A real passion for recruiting
Previous experience in HR or a recruitment role is essential
Great IT skills, preferably with experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication skills
Able to prioritise your own workload
Working to a high degree of accuracy
