Care Supervisor

Established for over 50 years, operating in the North East, Yorkshire, and Humberside, here at Springfield Healthcare, we're passionate about delivering the highest quality care and support for people living in their own homes.

We're looking for a Community Care Supervisor to strengthen our team and support our care staff out in the community. You'll visiting staff and customers, and your primary focus will be ensuring that high quality support is being consistently delivered.

You'll be driving quality ensuring that the existing care plans, reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored and kept up to date, together with assessing new customers, setting up individual care plans and and completing customer reviews.

You'll also act as a mentor to new staff, completing competency checks, spot checks and observations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a real passion for quality care looking for a new challenge. Level 3 qualification in health and social care would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000.

Working hours are 35 per week, plus On Call support
