WELLBEING ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT

At Springfield Care Villages we've been providing kind, compassionate care in beautiful, uplifting, award winning environments for over 50 years and we're looking for a wellbeing activities assistant to join us at Seacroft Green Care Centre, Leeds. We are a Yorkshire based group and the wellbeing of our people is at the heart of everything we do. About the Role

Wellbeing and Activities Assistant will inspire and deliver an exceptional program of meaningful leisure and therapeutic activities that are person centred and which will improve the emotional, mental and physical wellbeing of the people who live in our home. You will always make sure that residents are at the heart of events and programs to enhance their wellbeing.

You will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported whilst focussing on how things could be done better and sharing ideas with the rest of the team and wider teams within the Home.

About You

We’re looking for truly awesome individuals with the most incredibly positive, happy and “can-do” attitudes! People who will do everything in their power to provide outstanding care for our discerning residents.

We need team players for whom being professional and respectful to everyone comes naturally and who want to be part of something very special.

Previous experience of working in a care environment is desirable.
