About the Role
Reporting in to the Housekeeping Team Lead, our Housekeeping Assistants play a key role in providing our residents with an environment that's clean and attractive. You'll help us deliver the highest quality person-centred care and work closely as part of a team. And like us, you'll always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve. You will:
• Ensure a warm, friendly environment where our residents come first
• Maintain the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness in line with infection control guidelines
• Act in a professional manner towards residents, visitors and staff, at all times
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• Take on any other duties which are reasonably required

You're meticulous when it comes to ensuring standards across our homes are met.
You're friendly, approachable and have excellent communication skills.
You're a team player, who's outstanding in your own field with bucket loads of respect for your colleagues.
