Part- and full-time roles available.

Shift patterns: 0700hrs till 1430hrs, 1500hrs till 2230hrs

This role will enable individuals to work in small, wellbeing teams across the Leeds and York areas and through the work with both new and existing customers, we want to enable and empower customers to be engaged in a number of meaningful activities and relationships so that;

People can gain more control in their lives, grow their skills and become more valued members of the community.
