We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team, your key responsibility will be ensuring that good quality care is being delivered in the community by our care assistants.
You`ll be supporting the Registered Manager in managing clients ensuring that the care plans, client reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored and kept up to date.
You`ll be assessing new customers, setting up individual support documentation, evaluating customer support and completing customer reviews.
You`ll also be supervising new members of staff, working through their induction programme with them, completing competency checks, spot checks, observations and completing staff supervisions.
There is also an inclusive element of supporting staff by manning our out of hours telephone service during evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Previous experience in domiciliary care is essential, together with an NVQ level 3 in health and social care. Previous supervisory/leadership experience would be desirable.
Applicants must be a car driver and have a full driving license.
