Have you thought about your wishes if things change? Whether you have or haven’t, we invite you to come and chat with us. Drop in at anytime between 10:30 – 12:30 on 28th November.
Join us for a coffee morning and an informal chat in a safe and relaxed environment to talk about how to be prepared if things change towards the end of life. Our coffee morning is open to relatives, staff, residents from the Seacroft Grange Care Village, Seacroft Green Care Centre and Springfield Care Home.
