There for when you need it
As a carer you can relax, knowing that your relative, friend or patient is in a safe, welcoming environment with expert care tailored to their needs. A respite stay at Seacroft Green gives people the opportunity to enjoy time with our friendly and welcoming staff as well as our other residents. People can also arrange a trial stay as a temporary resident to see if Seacroft Green is the right choice for them longer term.
Respite care is also ideal for those looking for convalescence, either following a hospital stay or an illness. A stay at Seacroft Green provides the perfect opportunity to put in place care packages which start once a resident returns home and this can help free up valuable and much needed hospital beds in the local hospitals.
Seacroft Green is uniquely placed to ensure a smooth and effective passage from hospital care back to home with permanent nursing staff, care practitioners and experienced care staff led by teams of experienced clinical nurses. Equipped with the latest technology specifically designed to interface with NHS systems admissions can be accepted seven days a week. During a stay at Seacroft Green arrangements can be made for any ongoing support at home through our extensive knowledge of local support services. We will also offer Priority Access to our own established local homecare team.
