Home from home
We understand that when you choose a residential care home, you and your loved one are looking for reassurance that support is available around the clock, should you need it. The team here at Seacroft Grange Care Village are on hand to help you with day-to-day tasks and the things you like to do, to ensure you eat well, sleep well and take part in a range of activities designed to enhance your wellbeing. In fact, everything you need to live life as fully and independently as possible.
Safe & trustworthy
At Seacroft Grange Care Village, we know that each person living with dementia will display their own symptoms and characteristics associated with their diagnosis. Sometimes the distressed reaction associated with the condition can become too complex for a loved one to provide the care that is required, and that’s where we come in.
At Springfield Healthcare, we recognise that a person’s needs will vary as they progress through their pathway of care. With this in mind, we designed our own ‘Dementia Awareness’ training programme, which has been implemented at all our homes. The programme develops carers and nurses to either a bronze, silver or gold level, ensuring the care they provide is suitable to any individual’s requirements. This can give you peace of mind, and your loved one the quality of life that they deserve.
Around the clock
At Seacroft Grange Care Village, our personal care pathway means that whatever care needs you have now or develop in the future, we will be able to care for you. This can give you and your family the reassurance, that when you choose Seacroft Grange, it will become your home.
We offer professional nursing care to people, whose care needs are too complex to be managed at home. These include drug regimens needing professional supervision, conditions like Parkinson’s and Huntington’s and more advanced dementia.
There for when you need it
We know that caring for a loved one is very rewarding – but that it can be one of the most challenging aspects of family life, too. Whether you care for a relative or are in need of care yourself, taking a break from your usual routine can do you the world of good.
The respite care offered by the team at Seacroft Grange Care Village gives families and carers the opportunity to take a little time out to rest, with the peace of mind that their loved one is safe. A short break stay with us also can also give people the opportunity to make new friends, experience new activities and enjoy a change of scenery.

Comfortable & kind
At Seacroft Grange Care Village, we know that caring for a loved one living with an incurable or terminal illness is both physically and emotionally difficult. Ensuring they are comfortable and receiving the appropriate care to minimise their pain can sometimes be too complex for families to provide. Us looking after a family member can also positively impact on the quality of time you are able to spend together as they approach end of life.
Our goals are to improve the quality of life for the patient, but also for their family and friends.
